Our brand new 85m² completely furnished apartment is located directly on the quiet and exclusive island at the Polaris Condado de Alhama Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course Resort and is overlooking the lake, pool and golf course.

It has 2 bedrooms (1 queen bed room + 2 single beds room) and 1 bathroom, including a 20m² terrace with furniture.  Sleeps 6 comfortably (with sofa bed in living room)

It is fully equipped with towels, sheets and bed lining, pots & pans, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, hot & cold air conditioned, washing machine, sofa-bed, private parking, sattelite/cable TV, wifi internet, etc.  Just bring your beach towels, we have everything else...

It is also within walking distance to the newly opened town centre 'Al Kasar' which is just 100m away and presently houses a large supermarket, bar, two restaurants, golf pro-shop/clubhouse and golf buggy collection point.
